AI Agents

AI Agent Development for Swiss Companies

Autonomous AI agents that research, decide and act on their own — safely embedded in your processes.

Delegated autonomy with guardrails

An AI agent makes decisions and completes multi-step tasks on its own – but only within the permissions, rules and approval thresholds we define together.

Tools, not just answers

Agents use tools, APIs and data sources: they search, read from systems, write back and complete tasks – instead of only generating text.

nFADP-compliant and auditable

Data hosted in Switzerland or the EU, logged actions and auditable decision paths – aligned with the nFADP and FDPIC guidance.

Humans stay in control

Critical steps run through defined human-in-the-loop approvals. The agent acts on its own where it is safe, and checks in where it matters.

What an AI agent includes

An AI agent is more than a chatbot: it breaks a task into steps, chooses the right tools, checks intermediate results and acts until the goal is reached. We deliver a working, decision-making agent – not a script and not just a prompt template.

How we build and run agents

We start with a clearly scoped use case rather than a technology. Together we define the goal, permissions, tools and approval thresholds, build the agent iteratively, test it against real cases and support operations with monitoring and refinement.

Who AI agents are for

AI agents pay off where recurring tasks require judgement, multiple systems and decisions – too much for rigid automation, too high-volume for a team alone. Typical fits are customer service, back office, research and triage in SMEs and larger organisations across Switzerland and the DACH region.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between AI agents and AI automation?

AI automation runs fixed, rule-based workflows deterministically – same input, same path (e.g. Make, n8n, Zapier, document processing). An AI agent, by contrast, decides for itself, plans steps and chooses tools as the situation requires. Rule of thumb: a clear, stable process → automation; needed judgement and variability → agent.

How does the AI Phone Assistant relate to AI agents?

The AI Phone Assistant is our productized voice variant of an AI agent: an agent that answers calls, understands them, looks things up in systems and completes tasks. We use the same agent architecture for chat, support and research as well.

How much autonomy does an AI agent get?

Exactly as much as you define. Per task we set permissions, allowed tools and approval thresholds. Non-critical steps run on their own; critical actions – such as binding commitments or payments – require a human approval (human-in-the-loop).

Can AI agents be used in an nFADP-compliant way?

Yes. We host data in Switzerland or the EU, log agent actions and keep decision paths traceable. Scope of processing, legal bases and any disclosures are clarified in line with the nFADP and FDPIC guidance – together with your data protection function where needed.

What does developing an AI agent cost?

AI agents depend heavily on the use case, so we work here without a fixed price. After a short initial call you receive an individual proposal based on scope, tool integrations and the level of autonomy you want.

Which models and systems do you use for AI agents?

We work vendor-independently and choose the model, tools and knowledge sources to fit the use case – not the other way round. This lets us connect agents to your existing systems (CRM, ERP, knowledge bases) via the right integration layer and stay switchable when needed.
