Trust is built through care and transparency, not marketing promises. We design AI solutions with the revised Swiss Data Protection Act (revDSG) in mind, make the use of AI transparent and keep human oversight over everything that matters. Our principles
- Privacy under revDSG: personal data is processed for a defined purpose, transparently and securely, with extra care for sensitive data.
- Transparency: people are told when they are talking to an AI – in line with transparency duties (incl. EU AI Act, Art. 50).
- Human oversight: a human decides on everything that matters; sensitive cases are escalated by clear rules.
- Data minimisation: we collect and store only what the purpose requires.
