These terms apply to all services of Weissmann AI: AI phone agents, websites, SEO, GEO and Google Ads programs, and automation and consulting services.

Prices and contract terms

• All prices are in Swiss francs, exclusive of VAT.
• AI Phone Agent Starter and Premium: minimum term 12 months, no setup fee.
• Website projects: scope, revision rounds and exclusions per package description and written order confirmation.

Governing law

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of Weissmann AI.
