Workflow automation is the automation of a connected sequence of tasks across a business process, so that information and triggers flow automatically from one step or system to the next.
It links triggers, conditions and actions across multiple applications, often without coding. For Swiss SMEs it connects, for example, a web form, CRM and accounting so a lead flows through without manual re-keying.
