Voicebot
A voicebot is a dialogue system that interacts through spoken language, converting speech to text, interpreting the request and replying via synthesised speech.
Technically a voicebot chains speech-to-text, a dialogue or language model and text-to-speech. In SME use it answers phone enquiries, pre-qualifies requests and routes complex cases to human staff.
