Is an AI phone assistant the same as an AI receptionist or a virtual telephonist?

Can I keep my existing phone number?
Yes. You keep your current business number. Every package includes a dedicated line for the assistant, and you simply forward your calls to it – always, only outside opening hours, or only when your line is busy. You decide, and nothing changes for the people who call you.
Where is my callers’ data stored – is it nDSG- and GDPR-compliant?
Your call data is processed and stored in Switzerland or the EU – aligned with the Swiss nDSG and the GDPR. Before go-live we define transparently with you which data is captured and how long it is kept. You stay in control of your data, and callers can be handed over to a human at any time.
Can the assistant connect to my calendar and booking system?
In many cases, yes – appointments are entered directly into your existing booking system. What is technically possible in your specific case we assess honestly in the free initial call, before you decide.
