Machine Learning is a subfield of AI in which systems learn patterns from data and improve their performance without being explicitly programmed for each task.
Instead of fixed rules, it uses training data from which a model derives statistical relationships. Data quality largely determines the outcome, so Swiss SMEs should ensure clean, representative and lawfully sourced data.
