Choosing an AI phone assistant: the buyer's checklist
Every unanswered call can be a lost customer — but not every AI phone assistant is worth putting in front of yours. Use this checklist to score any provider objectively, in about 10 minutes, before you commit. Tick a box only when the provider gives you a clear, specific answer. Vague answers count as no.
A. Never miss a caller
B. Swiss-ready
C. Does the actual job
D. Sounds right, stays honest
E. Fair terms — and proof

Frequently asked questions
How many ticks mean we should say yes?
There is no fixed score. This is a comparison tool, not an exam: treat section A (never miss a call), B (data/Switzerland) and item E13 (test it yourself) as deal-breakers. A provider who can't give a clear answer there shouldn't go in front of your customers. The most telling check is the live test anyway — call the AI.
Is this checklist neutral or Weissmann advertising?
It is deliberately vendor-neutral — you can use it to score any AI phone assistant. We wrote it the way we would evaluate a provider ourselves. That Weissmann scores well on these points is not a coincidence; it's why we consider them important. Hold us to exactly the same list.
